We were asked to design this large garden to include different spaces for the family to work, entertain and relax in, whilst allowing nature and wildlife to thrive through the selection of planting and creation of habitats.
A water feature helps to detract from road noise and the habitats created attract numerous different species. The planting has plenty of structure but is also soft and naturalistic. Plants were woven through the beds rather than planted in groups, to create a softer feel, and the beds are alive with pollinators for many months.
