As a key member of the business, you will lead our expanding garden care team whilst remaining very involved in all aspects of garden care, liaising with clients and managing the team diary. You will also work closely with our design team to plant up new gardens.
Our work is based mainly across South East London as well as parts of Kent and Surrey. The role will be freelance initially, 3-4 days per week, with a possibility of developing it into a permanent full time position. We offer a competitive salary with travel between jobs and breaks paid for. Using mainly your own tools, you will have use of our company electric van for travel to and from the gardens you work in. It may be beneficial to have your own vehicle too. We anticipate up to one day a week to be office based, focusing on organising the garden care diary and keeping in touch with clients.
